The Digital Residency admits established founders, operators, and senior leaders building across regulated industries, emerging markets, and cross-border terrain. Fellows are selected not for what they seek to learn, but for what they are already building and what they would bring to the global room
Fellows typically:
Lead ventures or divisions across borders, contexts, or continents.
Operate in regulated industries where formalization is central to scale.
Are established practitioners past the earliest stage of building, though not yet at institutional scale.
Are ready to give as generously as they receive in a cross-border peer room.
Why it Exists
Because a week-long engagement is not enough.
The founder has spent over a decade engaging with entrepreneurs across Africa, the Middle East, and the United States through the U.S. Department of State Speaker Program, United Nations consulting, and direct advisory work. Across every country, the same request emerged: what happens after the workshop?
The Digital Residency is the answer. A private, deliberately curated Fellowship that convenes leaders across a full year, virtually and in person, with the founder as convener and with peer-to-peer cross-border trade at the heart of the model. Knowledge shared during a single week matters. It matters more when compounded through ongoing structure.
